We are now seeking a Project Architect to join our talented team.

The Role

As a Project Architect, you will play a key leadership role in shaping the built environment across Northern Ireland and beyond. You will lead exciting, technically complex projects, from concept through to completion, and have the opportunity to influence design outcomes across the UK and Ireland.

Working within a collaborative studio environment, you will:

  • Lead project delivery and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams
  • Host client and design team meetings
  • Regularly attend site visits to review progress and coordinate technical information
  • Champion design excellence and technical rigor across all project stages

What You’ll Need to Succeed

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Registered Architect with the ability to carry out the full range of professional services
  • Minimum of 7 years’ post–registration experience within an architectural practice
  • Healthcare and/or Education experience (desirable)
  • At least 2 years’ experience leading major capital projects as a Design Team Leader
  • Strong design sensibility combined with robust technical skills
  • Proficiency in Revit (essential)
  • Solid working knowledge of Building Regulations and CDM Regulations
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to mentor junior team members

Architectural Technologist (BIM)

We are now seeking a skilled and motivated Architectural Technologist with a strong background in BIM (Revit) to join our growing team in Belfast.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of technically complex and meaningful projects using industry–leading software and workflows. As an Architectural Technologist, you will:

  • Take responsibility for producing detailed design and construction documentation using Revit in line with BIM protocols
  • Manage multiple projects at various stages of development
  • Ensure technical and regulatory compliance across all drawing and model outputs
  • Support project delivery through close collaboration with architects, consultants, and contractors
  • Contribute to job running and project coordination duties across the office
  • Help maintain and implement office BIM standards and best practices

What You’ll Need to Succeed

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • A third–level qualification in Architectural Technology, Architecture, or a construction–related discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience within an architectural practice
  • Healthcare and/or Education experience (desirable)
  • Strong technical design skills and a proven track record delivering BIM–based projects using Revit
  • A working knowledge of Building Regulations and CDM Regulations
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to design and documentation quality
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage time and priorities across multiple schemes
